Short-Redmond Ford is searching for highly driven and professional BDC Sales Appointment Setters to join our team!

We’re looking for candidates who are excited to come to work and make a difference! We need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced business development center, who is comfortable answering phones and internet requests for vehicle information, prices, availability, and then schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team!

Must have availability for some Saturdays and be able to work M-F, 8:30am- closing.

Responsibilities:

- Top priority- answer phones and internet requests in a timely but professional manner to assist with vehicle information, prices, and availability.

- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with sales team.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

- Follow up with sales leads.

- Generate repeat sales by calling previous customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous sales setting or call center experience– Preferred.

- Basic computer skills with ability to type proficiently and ease navigating new systems.

- Excel knowledge

- Friendly and outgoing personality

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

- Professional and courteous phone voice as well as professional appearance.

- Stellar follow-up ability.

- Ability to handle high call volume while providing superior service.

- Strong attendance record, punctuality, and great work ethic!

Pay:

Base $1,600 a month with bonuses available per appointment set, and even higher bonuses per sale that is made!
